Obama Just Bluntly Told Israel They Don’t Have the Right to Exist
In a plea presented Friday to the State Department, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu asked that the Iran nuclear agreement have a strong and clear recognition of the Jewish nation’s right to exist.
The Obama administration decided that clause was unnecessary as the State Department representative Marie Harf reported, “This is an agreement that is only about the nuclear issue” — indicating that Obama is ignoring the nation of Israel’s right to exist.
In an effort to cover his trail, the Obama administration insisted that it has always been very public in its disagreement with Netanyahu over the Iran deal framework but that the United States’ commitment to Israel’s security is unwavering.
White House spokesman Eric Schultz even told reporters that the White House would not agree to any deal that would threaten Israel (H/T Fox News).
