ISIS Jihadi Bride Estimates Michelle Obama’s Worth as ‘Slave Girl’ at $40
The Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL) has published an article in the latest issue of its magazine, Dabiq, by jihadi bride Umm Summayyah, estimating that First Lady Michelle Obama is only worth $40 on the terrorist group’s slave market. Summayyah also defends the rape of thousands of Yazidi females.
The article, titled “Slave Girls or Prostitutes,” justifies the horrific actions inflicted upon the females ISIS kidnaps as they spread their caliphate through Iraq and Syria. She also promised to bring this lavish slave market to the West.
“I swear by Allah, O you who feign to be knowledgeable and shout with falsehood in every gathering, surely the slave markets will be established against the will of the politically ‘correct’!” she wrote. “And who knows, maybe Michelle Obama’s price won’t even exceed a third of a dīnār, and a third of a dīnār is too much for her!”
One dinar is $139.
“Saby (taking slaves through war) is a great prophetic Sunnah containing many divine wisdoms and religious benefits, regardless of whether or not people are aware of this,” writes the woman, allegedly. “The Sīrah is a witness to our Prophet’s raiding of the kuffār. He would kill their men and enslave their children and women. The raids of the beloved Prophet convey this to us. Ask the tribes of Banī al-Mustaliq, Banī Quraydhah, and Hawāzin about this.”
She lists many occasions that Muhammad kidnapped and enslaved young females as justification. He even forced some to be his concubines, which she justifies as proper treatment of inferior females. Therefore, the men did not rape the women, she claims.
“Therefore, we do not humiliate them, but it is Allah who did so at the hands of His truthful slaves who did not wish for anything except for Allah’s word to be supreme and the kuffār’s words to be lowest,” she continued. “For that sake, they have exerted their souls and hearts. Their aim is sublimity for the religion and humiliation of whoever desires a religion other than Islam!”
The rape shows the girls the true meaning of life, which is to abide by Islam:
Ibnul-Jawzì said, “This means that they were captured and enchained. Once they realized the truth of Islam they entered it voluntarily, and thus they entered Jannah. So the coercion into captivity and chains was the first cause. It is as if he referred to coercion (into slavery) with the word chains. And because this was behind them entering Jannah, he regarded it as the cause.”
So whoever thinks that the ultimate aim of saby is pleasure, then he is a mistaken ignoramus. Otherwise, why did the Sahrī’ah urge kindness towards slaves as well as good treatment of them even if they are kuffār whom Allah humiliated by making them into slaves owned by the people of Islam. Yet He made their liberation from the lands of kufar a way for their salvation and guidance toward the straight path.
Summayyah writes that she never once saw an ISIS fighter force his slave girl to convert to Islam. All of the girls accept Islam on their own free will, she writes. This contradicts those who escape or are freed who tell the media about their life with ISIS. Dalia, 19, said militants from Turkey, Germany, and Chechnya participated in the slave market ISIS pushed her in. Some girls were as young as 12. ISIS released 216 hostages in April, including a pregnant nine-year-old.
“This girl is so young she could die if she delivers a baby,” explained Yousif Daoud, a Canadian-based aid worker. “Even a caesarian section is dangerous. The abuse she has suffered left her mentally and physically traumatized.”
“She was sexually abused by no fewer than 10 men,” she continued. “Most of them were frontline fighters or suicide bombers who are given girls as a reward.”
ISIS kidnapped Ahlam and her three children while her husband Mahmoud was shopping. The militants shipped them to a camp, which she described as a prison. ISIS killed those who tried to escape:
She recalls that two men, in their late 40s or 50s, tried to escape. When they were caught, their bones were broken, their bodies tied to the back of a truck and then driven through the streets.
The Yazidi captives were forced to watch the gruesome spectacle. The men’s corpses were then tossed into a ditch and an order given not to bury them.
ISIS then dragged out Ahlam’s in-laws and the other elderly people in the house. That is when she decided the family needed to escape:
They left at midnight. Ahlam cradled the baby, as her two other children, ages 3 and 4 years old, clutched at her clothes. She prayed the baby wouldn’t cry, that the children could keep walking.
They knew the general direction to take, but not the exact route, and they could only hope it was toward freedom.
“When the sun started to come up, I thought that’s it, we are going to get caught,” Ahlam says. “And what am I going to do with the kids? I can’t carry all three of them and run.”
