Two Muslim Immigrant Brothers Charged With Raping and Molesting 67 Young English Girls
A MAN accused of 45 child sex abuse offences dating back 20 years is due to appear before magistrates on Thursday — three days after his brother went to the Crown Court charged with 22 sex crimes.
Arshid Hussain (40) of East Cowick, Goole, and Bannaras Hussain (35), of Bridge Close in Goole, were both arrested under Operation Clover, a joint investigation by South Yorkshire Police, Rotherham Borough Council and the Crown Prosecution Service into claims of sexual abuse against girls between 1990 and 2004.
Arshid Hussain will make his first court appearance in Rotherham on Thursday accused of indecent assault, unlawful sexual intercourse, unlawful imprisonment, causing a child to be removed from their parent, assault and procuring of a female to have sexual intercourse.
His younger brother Bannaras was before Sheffield Crown Court yesterday charged with three rapes, four counts of aiding and abetting rape, nine indecent assaults, two assaults and four counts of procuring a woman for prostitution between 1996 and 2000.
