Prevents swelling legs, calms the nerves and veins: The recipe for a potion that everybody need
The heat can be detrimental for feet, because it causes swelling. Especially if you are traveling or sitting for a long time, such problems are almost inevitable.
In order to prevent this problem, you should take a shower of the calves with cold water, avoid crossing your legs and try to minimize standing in place or sitting too long.
What else you can do is to create a natural beverage. Chop a parsley leaf or root and pour it with 4 ml water, cover it and let it stay overnight. In the morning, strain, add lemon juice and drink it over. You should drink 1 dl three times a day.
