In just a few minutes, you can eliminate the pain in any part of the body


Regardless of whether you are active or you regularly stretch, pain in various parts of the body can occur anytime and anywhere.

Fortunately, there is a method for eliminating pain, and you do not have to get up from a chair.


  1. Pain in the lower back
  • Sit upright in a chair.
  • Raise one knee up to your chest and hold it on the bottom.
  • Slowly drag it to the body.
  • Hold for 30 seconds.

  • Repeat with the other leg.


  1. Pain in the shoulder
  • Breathe deeply and lift your shoulders toward your ears.

  • Slowly return your hands to the starting position.
