This Woman Ate Nothing But Bananas For 12 Days, Unbelievable What Happened


We all know the positive effects of bananas for our health. They are rich with fibers and they are the fourth most popular food after rice, wheat, corn. They have high nutrient content but beside this, other advantage is that they are easily available and they are cheap. There is a interesting fact about the bananas but many people don’t know that bananas can actually stimulate the weight loss if we eat nearly  nothing else except bananas, but if we eat a big meals and bananas in a day, we can gain a weight. So if you want to lose weight, you should eat 8-10 bananas per day and regular, small meals.

The nutritionist Yulia Tarbath followed this regime for 12 days and this regime is known as mono – fruiting weight loss.  Yulia ate only bananas to detoxify her body and beside this she also lost weight with this regime.

For a better results than the proper results of banana, Yulia drank plenty of water, she did a regular exercises and got sufficient rest. She first noticed the results and changes in her digestive system when she started not to feel stomach discomfort anymore. Then, she became more relaxed and the stress became unknown thing for her and many aliments she used to have, started fading away. In general, Yulia improved herself not only on physical plan but she improved herself and on an emotional plan.

What did she do?

She had a plan to test the mono – fruit diet and this diet is based on eating only one fruit while the diet lasts.  Yulia is a nutritionist and motivational coach and she had a good results from this diet which was called  a banana island diet too.

What does the banana island diet?

  • You can eat bananas as many as you want per day. This is mono – fruit diet but you can add some another ingredient like lettuce .
  • You should only eat ripe bananas and you should import your usual calories like you did before.
  • Drink as much as possible water for example 2 or 3 liters per day.
  • Make a workout routine and practice this routine every day.
