Five Natural Recipes To Fade Off Stretch Marks

Stretch marks are badges of transition, but if you’d like to hide them, how do you get rid of them or at least make them fade? There’s no cure-all, but there are plenty of things you can do. Natural ones, too!

Use shea or cocoa butter

These two items are super hydrating and can bolster skin regeneration and smoothness. If used a couple times a day, stretch marks may start fading. And it may be able to prevent new ones from forming!

Really, any lotion is good for your skin and your stretch marks. The more hydrated your skin is, the better it’ll feel and look.

Avocado and Lemon Juice

Put one avocado, little bit of lemon juice and little bit of olive oil in a blender and mix. Place the mixture onto gauze and massage the stretch marks two times a week.

Mix chamomile, lavender oil and jojoba. Place the mixture on a sterile gauze and massage the affected area(s). The difference between this mixture and the previous one is that you can massage yourselves every day with this one.
