Epsom salt isn’t an actual salt – the mineral mixture is a combination of magnesium and sulfate. This popular salt is praised for its health benefits and other uses in cleaning and gardening.

Epsom salts can be used in several ways for health, beauty and cleaning, and below you can see only a fraction of health and beauty hacks you can do with the mineral.

  1. Clean your hair

If your hair is greasy all the time, you can remove the excess oil by adding some Epsom salts to your shampoo and washing your hair as usual.

During winter, our feet always become dry, cracked and let’s face it – awful looking. But, thanks to a mixture of Epsom salts, olive oil, castile soap and essential oils you can resolve the problem easily and quickly! Scrub your feet with the mixture once or twice a week and you will be amazed by the results!

Mix equal amounts of hair conditioner and Epsom salts, then heat the mixture in a pan and rub it on your hair. Rinse your hair with warm water after 20 minutes. This will get rid of frizz and add more volume to your hair.
