BOOOM: New poll shows gap Donald Trump WIDENING big time on Hillary Clinton
It is generally assumed that a presidential candidate will get a “bump” in support after his or her party’s convention.
On Tuesday, in the wake of “Melaniagate” and the media frenzy over Mrs. Trump’s speech, according to the USC Dornsife/LA Times poll, Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton were locked in a dead heat. Now as of today – and bearing in mind this is two days after the end of the RNC and a day after Clinton announced Senator Tim Kaine as her running mate – the gap between the two presidential hopefuls is widening, in favor of Donald Trump.
As you can see below, the poll shows Donald Trump at 45.1 percent
